What to include in your message
To help us respond quickly, it's useful if your email includes:
- A clear subject line that summarises what your message is about;
- The specific page or review you're writing about (a URL is ideal);
- Enough context for us to understand the issue without follow-up questions;
- Your name (first name is fine).

Corrections and factual errors
Found a factual error in one of our reviews? We want to know. Email us with the page URL and a brief description of what's wrong. Where possible, include a reference (the operator's own page, a regulator notice, etc.) so we can verify and update quickly.

Operator complaints
If you have a complaint about a casino or sportsbook we have reviewed, we strongly recommend that you raise the complaint with the operator first, then escalate to their regulator if it is not resolved. We are happy to hear about your experience — that feedback feeds into how we rate operators — but we are not a dispute resolution service and we cannot intervene on your behalf.
